At Paw Community, we ensure the highest quality for our Pet Nazr Kawach. Since this is a protective pet collar with authentic black tourmaline crystals, we accept returns and refunds only in case of product damage.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

The return is requested within 3 days of delivery
The Pet Nazr Kawach is received in a damaged condition

Returns & Refunds are NOT accepted for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Used or altered items
• Minor variations in bead size, color, or texture (as natural stones vary)

2.Mandatory Package Opening Video

To process a return or refund, a clear package opening video is required. The video must show:
Unboxing from the original package
Visible damage on the product upon opening

Requests without a package opening video will not be considered.

3.Refund Process

Once we verify the damage, we will:
Offer a replacement (subject to availability)
Provide a full refund if replacement is unavailable

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Cash refunds are not available

• Package opening video
