By booking a service with PawGuardian, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking & Confirmation
  • Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Confirmation is subject to availability of verified pet lovers.

  • You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS after finalizing your booking.


2. Service Timings
  • Day Stay: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Overnight Stay: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Full Day Stay: 24 hours from the time of booking


3. Pet Details & Behavior
  • Customers must share accurate pet details: age, breed, medical needs, and behavior issues (if any).

  • Aggressive or untrained pets may not be eligible for some services.


4. Health & Vaccination
  • Pets must be fully vaccinated and dewormed.

  • A vaccination card may be requested before the stay begins.


5. Payments & Cancellations
  • Full payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancel within 12 hours – 50% refund

    • No refund for last-minute (last 2 hours) cancellations.


6. Updates & Communication
  • You will receive WhatsApp updates, photos, and videos during the stay.

  • An emergency contact must be shared at the time of booking.


7. Liability Disclaimer
  • While our Paw Guardians are trusted and verified, Paw Community is not liable for any injury, accident, or illness occurring due to unforeseen events.

  • However, we ensure immediate medical attention and will inform you promptly.


8. Pickup & Drop (If applicable)
  • Pickup/drop service may be arranged at an additional cost, depending on distance and availability.


9. Code of Conduct
  • We expect mutual respect between customers and service providers.

  • Any form of harassment, misconduct, or mistreatment may lead to service termination.
