- If the behavior, actions, or demands of any individual cause consistent disruptions, discomfort, or difficulties for the group or organizing team, we reserve the right to cancel that person’s participation in the trip immediately, without any refund.

Why With Us?

Booking & Payment: A non-refundable booking amount of ₹10,000/person is required to confirm your slot. The remaining amount must be paid before trip departure.
Pet Care & Responsibility: Pet parents must ensure their pet is healthy and fit for travel. We strongly recommend carrying any specific medications your pet may need. Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour and well-being throughout the trip.
Travel, Accommodation & Food: Train/Flight tickets are not included in the package. Room sharing will be based on the package selected. Any special requests must be communicated in advance.
Please note: We will not provide any branded or packaged pet food (like Pedigree or treats). Only the basic pet meals planned and prepared as per our daily routine will be provided by us.
Pet-Friendly Car Policy: A dedicated pet-friendly car will be provided, accommodating a maximum of 2 to 3 pets per car. For more than 1 pet per family, ₹5,000 extra per additional pet will be charged. Any damage caused by pets to the car will be charged additionally to the pet parent.
In case of any last-minute cancellations, the final vehicle arrangement will be reallocated based on the updated group size.
Cancellations & Refunds: The booking amount (₹10,000 per person) is non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Safety & Conduct: Participants must adhere to trip schedules and guidelines. Any damage caused by pets to hotel property or transport will be the owner’s responsibility.
